The Slimca HERE is rechargeable and features a specially designed ultra-thin battery and charging protection system. The card is made of mirror-finish gold-plated stainless steel and undergoes eight processing steps, resulting in higher material costs. It is only 1/8 the thickness of the Airtag, making it easy to store in a wallet without taking up much space.

When charging via USB-C with a card inserted, wait until you see a solid green light. Do not unplug the charger yet; the light will turn off when fully charged.2. Press and hold for more than 4 seconds, and the white light will illuminate.3. Press 4 times - until you hear a sound and see the light turn on.4. If the app does not find the card during pairing, please refer to the fine print below step 5 of the instruction manual: First, reset the card (see this video: https://youtube.com/shorts/O85i_wM8HJs). If it still doesn't work, please restart your phone.

If you encounter the screenshot shown above, this is due to occasional connection issues with Apple's system. This happens randomly. The current solution is to turn Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off and on again. Please complete these two settings first (see the image below).To check if things have returned to normal, first turn off WiFi and Bluetooth, wait a few seconds, and then turn them back on (see the image below).

It can be used for 6 months after a full charge, and the charging time is only 3 hours. It can be recharged more than 100 times and has an overcharge protection design, with excellent battery stability.

Slimca HERE is available in all areas of the world where iPhones are installed, allowing you to see the location on a map without being physically near the item. Slimca HERE uses Apple's search network, similar to AirTag, meaning all Apple devices can locate Slimca HERE, so a SIM card is not required.

Yes, we meet the baggage allowance standards of most airports. For example, at Narita Airport in Japan, electronic devices with a capacity of 160Wh or less can be checked in and carried on board. The Slimca HERE's battery is 0.4Wh, which is below the standard of 160Wh and can be checked in on the plane.

You can register multiple cards under the same account and use them simultaneously. You can also label each card with a unique name and share your location with people in your iPhone contacts.

How to disable Slimca HERE2

Accepted Answer

The Slimca HERE2 can be disabled to stop it from sharing its location. It will no longer report to Google's Find Hub network, and the owner can no longer get updates on its current location. If you receive a message on your mobile device that a Slimca HERE has been detected near you and you are not familiar with this device, you can make this Slimca HERE ring through the system notification that you have received. After locating the item, use the steps described below to disable it. The owner will no longer receive updates on the location of this Slimca HERE, and it will no longer trigger unknown tracker alerts. 1. Locate the button on the top front of the Slimca_Here.2. Press the button six times. The LED lights will blink and  a confirmation tone will sound.

There's a difference in elevation; only a very large external force would cause a problem.

Yes, please try to stay away from any metal objects to avoid blocking the signal.

(1) The card will not be updated in real time like navigation! Because Apple's location service is not real time, the location will be updated after a period of time (about 3-10 minutes).(2) If the location hasn't updated for a long time, it could be due to signal interference. Please check if there are any metal objects, coins, or metal cards/credit cards near SlimcaHERE that could affect the antenna signal.(3) It's possible that the battery is dead. Try charging it first.(4) Tap the name of the item you are looking for in the app, and its location will usually be updated. See the image below.
