Slimca stems from one founder's deep passion for design and life. Co-founder Jerry was once an entrepreneur who hoped to improve his family's lives through innovative inventions. Passionate but lacking direction, he encountered a wallet by Japanese designer Minami at a Taipei design fair. Its minimalist lines embodied a high degree of practicality, instantly revealing to him that truly moving design should be "simple, beautiful, and functional." This encounter became the starting point for the Slimca brand. Jerry approached Minami and invited him to design their first product—the Slimca V1 WiFi voice recorder. He said, "I want to create a product that makes people say 'Wow' at first sight." This phrase later became the team's motto.

Slimca pursues not only functional implementation but also designs that move people. Slimca began in Hsinchu, found its soul in Taipei, gained professional validation in Osaka, and ultimately, was seen online. Although our team is small and our progress is slow, we meticulously polish every detail, striving to create products worthy of the "Wow!"
